Neena Menon – Neena one the founders of VF, holds (BCA) and (MBA ). Being Proprietor and Director of Prime Progression Pvt Ltd. has immense Organisation Management skills. Having a passion to improve the lives of the underprivileged, she has been involved with Samruddhi Trust teaching the students. Her varied interests are Yoga teaching, interior designing, Kathak dancing. Students never forget her tips to face exam with a cool mind.
Neeru Munshi – Neeru has 13 years of Software Development with M.Sc. ( Electronics). A certified IBM AS/400 trainer, and qualified CTET, she worked as a Computer Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya. She is a certified Yoga teacher trainer. Enjoys and excels in teaching phonics to young kids.
Suvarna Shanbhag –Suvarna is the other founder of VF, is a practising Civil Engineer with specialisation in Structural Eng. She has worked at a University and a couple of companies in the UK. Having teaching as a passion from a young age she was involved in teaching underprivileged children. She believes in making learning a joyful experience for students.
Susheela Menon –Susheela has a MA in Sociology and MA in Japanese. She worked as a Japanese language trainer conducting courses at Bangalore University IIM and other colleges. Language teaching has been her expertise. She has brought in her valuable experience of teaching young students and corporates. She also volunteers for Cauvery Calling and Save Soil campaign of Isha Foundation. Her value education and logic reasoning sessions are very much liked by the students.
Yamini Chandrasekaran –Yamini is a Biochemist holding MSc from BITS Pilani, and PhD from
the US. She has worked at Biotech firm, was a guest lecturer for MSc. Students at Maharani College in Bangalore. She has volunteered at Rotary Club, Chennai and has been the backbone of Bemabala – a Whitefield Rising initiative to help victims of abuse. She is a passionate teacher of science. Students always look forward for her exciting experiments sessions
Prasanthi Ganti – Prasanthi, a volunteer with Vidyadhaara Foundation holds BE (Mech
Eng)followed by M.S. from the US. Was the Founder Director of Protect Bharat Security Systems India pvt. Ltd .Volunteered with Association for India’s Development, Whitefield Ready and Adarsh Charitable Trust. Working as a passionate Maths teacher in the US made her strongly believe that the basics of students should be made stronger at younger ages.
